Terms and Conditions

OUR STATIONERY

Designs shown are copyright of One of a Kind Stationery. Images may not be reproduced without permission. Invitation prices include all envelopes. As all stationery is made by hand, slight variations may occur- this is what makes your stationery unique. Occasionally we may have to substitute a product or component used in our designs and wherever possible we will notify you of any significant changes.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

At your initial meeting you will have discussed a rough date of when you would like to have your stationery ready by. We always try to accommodate your needs wherever possible, but for your own piece of mind, please allow as much time as possible when placing your order.

 

ORDERING

Please note that there is no minimum order required when placing an order. No mater how big or small we can cater for each and every unique day.

 

Important Note

When placing your order we strongly advise you allow 10% extra in your numbers for the following reasons:

* Additional stationery requests at a later stage are welcome however due to our very busy diary we cannot always turn these around quickly and this may result in a delay.

* Stock/ materials required are bought in specifically for the numbers provided by you at the time of order. The need to order in additional materials can add to this delay and we cannot guarantee our suppliers will have stocks available.

 

PAYMENT

A £50.00 non- refundable deposit is required to confirm your date, then full payment is required before ordering any materials and starting on any order. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash. Please contact oneofakind12@live.co.uk for further information.

 

PROOFS – IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ.

Your proofs will be presented to you by EMAIL and will be correct to the best of our knowledge however we ARE human and sometimes make mistakes! Please note, it is your responsibility to carefully check each and every word, name, date, spelling, layout and all other aspects to ensure everything is correct.

If in the event a spelling error is found after print we cannot be held responsible and any extra reprints will be made, if time allows, at full charge.

 

POSTAGE AND PACKING

  • Postage and packing is charged at cost based on weight and destination.

  • Express delivery or special delivery options are available at full cost to the client.

  • It is your responsibility to sign for goods dispatched by your courier – please ensure a delivery address is provided where there will be someone to sign for your order.

  • All orders are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Any damage must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. On receipt, if you feel there are any discrepancies with your order, these must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

 

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds/ replacements will be made for faulty goods alone. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, please note the following - Cancellation 8 weeks prior to production date = NO REFUND.

Deposits are non refundable.
